Coddy's Lodge

Coddy’s Lodge is a privately owned, holiday lodge for rent in Cornwall. Our lodge is situated in a quiet location on John Fowler Holidays Killigarth Manor Holiday Park at Polperro and is only four miles from Looe on the rugged South Cornish coast.

Coddy’s Lodge provides an ideal base from which to explore the beautiful Cornish countryside, its coast and many attractions.

This luxury lodge offers spacious family accommodation that can comfortably sleep 6. Fully carpeted, double glazed, centrally heated as well as having a modern log-effect electric fire for those chillier evenings. Its fully-fitted kitchen/dining area offers all the modern conveniences of home. There are three good bedrooms; a king-size double with en-suite and two twin bedded rooms. The family bathroom also has a shower over the bath. The lounge has a flat-screen TV with Freeview and a DVD player. Outside, the large decked area has a gate making it a safe and secure place for young children to play.

Site facilities

All the facilities of the site are available to our guests during the season, including a heated indoor swimming pool, gym and sauna. Pool room. Children’s play room and outside adventure area. Evening entertainment, including Foxy Club for the kids.

There is also a shop, laundry, restaurant and Wi Fi is available in the Reception and Café area.

Holiday lodge

All bed linen is provided, but you will need to bring your own towels. For our very young guests we provide a high chair and a travel cot.

The lodge has the benefit of free gas and electricity.

We have a strict no-smoking policy within the accommodation and would request all smokers to please use the decked area and the ashtray provided. Thank you in advance for your co-operation.

We regret that we are unable to accommodate family pets.
